ICABUS, a key technology for the sewage treatment in the futureInnovatie is teamwork
Here a small detail of the ICABUS which we will supply to Waterschap Aa en Maas. They were courageous enough to start a demonstration project with our new technology; the ICABUS. Yes, we have tested the principle for 4 months on Olburgen and for 6 months on Zeist, but still, a first demonstration proves the focus on innovation for this waterboard, and their willingness to help make the world a better place. 3 other waterboards will participate in the research during this demonstration; Waterschap Rijn en IJssel, Waterschap Vechtstromen and Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe.
We are grateful to have received an European Regional Development Fund (ERDF, or EFRO Oost 2021-2027 in Dutch) for this project of € 460.595.
What you see on this video is first of all a testimony of the robustness of the installation. The ridiculously strong chains, the craftmanship of our construction partner Metaal Techniek Apeldoorn (@MTA), the ingenuity of AKOS engineering, together with the controls of PMBK Engineering B.V. and @emka, and some input of ourselves at Purgatoria. This all resulted in a successful FAT last Monday, ready for installation next week and SAT the week thereafter.
Innovation is not something we can do alone. For this we need our financial partners (Regio Zwolle Incubator, OOST-NL, Rabobank), the afore mentioned engineering and construction partners, first movers amongst our clientele, and especially people that are willing to listen to our dream and help make this world a bit better.
PS: Brownie points for the first comment explaining what we are looking at in this video, and why we were thrilled to see and hear this video.
